Each session will focus on a specific high-performance habit, spaced out to allow for reflection and application, typically twice per month.6 Race/Event Strategy Sessions:
The sessions will be scheduled around key competitions to discuss strategy, mental readiness, and goals before, during or after races.4 Check-Ins (30 minutes each):
Monthly calls or meetings to track progress, tackle challenges and adjust strategies.Ongoing Support:
Access to resources such as worksheets, articles, videos and a private online community for athletes to connect, ask questions and share experiences.Goal Setting and Review:
Start the year with a goal-setting session to establish objectives, followed by a mid-year review to assess progress and adjust goals as needed.Final Assessment & Future Planning:
A concluding session to reflect on overall growth, discuss successful strategies and plan future development for next year.
